Breanna Pence

My name is Breanna, I usually go by “Brea”! I grew up in Lawrence where I graduated from Free State High School and the University of Kansas, earning a Bachelor’s of Science from the School of Business in Management and Leadership (major) and Entrepreneurship (concentration). I played various sports when I was younger, and I’ve always loved lifting weights and doing bootcamp style workouts. Kayaking and hiking with my dog are my favorite outdoor activities! I have been personal training professionally for over two years and I am NASM certified. I love empowering others through fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals! I strive to provide a welcoming and encouraging environment where we can all work hard and have fun at the same time. I encourage everybody of all different fitness levels to come give Defiant a try!
