HIIT Class

      Torch calories, build strength and unleash your inner athlete in our heart pumping High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class. 

          These fast-paced workouts combine bursts of intense exercise with short rest periods to maximize efficiency and results.

                     Get ready to sweat, sculpt muscles and push yourself to the next level in this high energy and results driven class.

Trauma Informed Yoga

Trauma-informed yoga is a specialized approach that recognizes the widespread impact of trauma and creates a safe, supportive environment for participants. 

Unlike traditional yoga classes, trauma-informed yoga places an emphasis on creating a sense of safety and empowerment, and prioritizes the individual's experience and comfort level.


Youth Athlete Class

Starting off with a thorough R.A.M.P warmup (Raise, Activate, Mobilize, Potentiate)

This warmup prepares your child for the rigorous workout ahead, Reducing the risk of injury and promoting optimal performance. 

Throughout the class we focus on all aspects of athletic development , Including strength & conditioning, power, speed as well as working in all planes of motions and directions .

 By incorporating a variety of exercises and dills, We target different muscle groups and movement patters to help your child become a better more well rounded athlete. 

Near the end of class we emphasize the importance of a full body stretching cooldown. This helps to mitigate muscle soreness, improve flexibility and promote relaxation after a challenging workout. 

Our goal is to provide a comprehensive training experience that not only helps your child become a better athlete, but also instills a lifelong appreciation for physical activity and healthy living.
