Starting off with a thorough R.A.M.P warmup (Raise, Activate, Mobilize, Potentiate)This warmup prepares your child for the rigorous workout ahead, Reducing the risk of injury and promoting optimal performance. 

Throughout the class we focus on all aspects of athletic development , Including strength & conditioning, power, speed as well as working in all planes of motions and directions . By incorporating a variety of exercises and dills, We target different muscle groups and movement patters to help your child become a better more well rounded athlete. 

Near the end of class we emphasize the importance of a full body stretching cooldown. This helps to mitigate muscle soreness, improve flexibility and promote relaxation after a challenging workout. 

Our goal is to provide a comprehensive training experience that not only helps your child become a better athlete, but also instills a lifelong appreciation for physical activity and healthy living.

  • Clients are asked to provide a minimum of 12 hour notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of an appointed session or class. 
  • Cancellations made with less than 12 hour notice may result in a loss of the session from a pre-purchased package. If you fail to cancel a reservation, we reserve the right to charge a $15.00 late cancellation fee.
  • Failure to show up for a scheduled session(no-show) will result in loss of the session from a pre-purchased package. If you fail to show up for your session/class, we reserve the right to charge a $15.00 no show fee.
