Our stretch and flexibility class is a slow, low-impact session focused on improving mobility and reducing muscle tension.
What to Expect:
• Gentle warm-up to prepare your muscles
• A mix of static holds and controlled movement stretches
• Slow pacing with focus on breathing and listening to your body
• Props (bands, straps, blocks) if needed to support or deepen stretches
• Calming cool-down to relax the body and nervous system

Improves joint mobility, reduces tightness, helps prevent injury, and leaves you feeling relaxed and restored.

We have a 4 hour booking cutoff for all classes. If the booking window has closed and you see others are already signed in please contact Ty or the Coach directly. If no one is booked once the window has closed class will be canceled. Please do not just show up without booking class or reaching out to us.
