Do You Have A Free Trial?

At this time we do not offer a free trial, with that being said if you'd like to drop in for a class and you decide to sign up for a membership we will discount your membership by the drop in fee.

Can I Still Come To Fitness Class If I Have An Injury?

This depends on the severity of the injury. We would be happy to chat more in depth and work together and come to agreement on what is the best solution for you.

Do you Offer 24/7 Access?

At this time we do not. We focus solely on 1-1 coaching and small group classes.

What is Trauma Informed Yoga?

Trauma-informed yoga is a specialized approach that recognizes the widespread impact of trauma and creates a safe, supportive environment for participants. Unlike traditional yoga classes, trauma-informed yoga places an emphasis on creating a sense of safety and empowerment, and prioritizes the individual's experience and comfort level. Also you have not had to experienced trauma to attend this class. Weather you have physical limitations, mental or emotional ailments, this is a good class for you.

What Do The Small Group Fitness Classes Consist Of?

We have two options. Strength and HIIT. Check out our schedule for a description of these classes. 

Are There Youth Classes?

We have what is called a youth athlete class, Think of this as a strength and conditioning. This class is typically full , but please send us an email and we can get you on the waitlist. Check the signup or schedule tab for the most up to date information. 

Can I Get a Tour Before I Decide On A Membership?

We would be happy to offer a tour by appointment only. Please contact us at Defiantcoaching@outlook.com
